New Orleans
Louisiana, USA

The Ogden Museum of Southern Art invited Candy Chang to create a Before I Die wall on the side of their museum in downtown New Orleans (925 Camp Street). Over 125 feet long, it is one of the longest Before I Die walls ever and a celebration of our shared connections in the city where it all began. The wall was installed in October 2013 during the Art for Arts’ Sake Festival and will remain up for the Prospect 3 exhibition in October 2014. Signed Before I Die books are also available in their lovely gift shop.

I want to rise above my addictions.

I want to find my great perhaps.

I want to grow a leafy garden for my love.

I want to teach fifty people to swim.
